What is more, more than one screw taps will be needed to process threads with the same thread pitch but different diameters, but if it is processed by tungsten carbide threaded milling cutters, only one will be enough.When thread tap wears, it cannot be used again, but this will not happen to tungsten carbide treaded milling cutter because its cutter radius compensation adjustment can be done through numerical control system, which enables the cutter to work normally as before.

Tungsten carbide V-CUT knife is made from tungsten carbide material, that is-tungsten steel, therefore it is also known as solid tungsten steel V-CUT knife. It is commonly used as an electronic cutting tool in the production of circuit boards. The following are some precautions for its use:
