“We are at the heart of this global control because of our mineral resources,” he said.
On the first day of the conference, all the speakers agreed that like humans who had the potential to be both good and bad, so too was the population of galactical beings.
Extra-terrestrials were also not dissimilar to politicians, who pushed their own agenda for material gain.
“They came to Earth looking for gold. We are all still obsessed with gold,” he said.
The research, according to Tellinger, showed that the extra-terrestrial “Annunaki” came to Earth around 300,000 years ago to look for gold, and that they were also responsible for cloning their own genetic structures and creating mankind.

Tungsten Carbide Reamer Reaming
- Category: Tungsten Information
- Published on 27 October 2014
Tungsten carbide reamer is the most widely used tungsten carbide cutting tools in hole machining, which mainly consists of cutter diameter, shank diameter, cutting cone length, cutting cone angle, cutting length, total length, and so on.
Tungsten carbide reamer reaming refers to the semi-finish and finish machining towards the existing holes to achieve precise hole size, good surface roughness, etc. During reaming by tungsten carbide reamer, in order to get hole precision needed, the reamer diameter should correctly selected, and thus the expansion margin decided by workpiece material and machining condition should be taken into consideration. In order to obtain good finish machining surface, in addition to the adopting of high precision reamer, the correct cutting condition should also be provided.
Tungsten carbide reamer precision mainly depends on its diameter and radial run-out. As for cutting condition, it is better to adopt tungsten carbide blade low-speed cutting, but at the same time the upper limit value should be taken in the consideration of machining efficiency.

Tungsten Carbide Gear Hob’s Basic Worm Introduction
- Category: Tungsten Information
- Published on 27 October 2014
Tungsten carbide gear hob’s bilateral blades is the intersection between the rake face and the lateral shovel surface, and it is located on the spiral surface of the worm, which is also called the basic worm of hobs. The basic worms of tungsten carbide gear hobs include three types as follows:
I. Involute worm
The tungsten carbide gear hob made by using involute worm has no teeth shape error and the gear being cut has higher precision. However, the hob manufacturing is more difficult with it.
II. Archimedes worm
It is more simple and convenient to manufacture a tungsten carbide gear hob with a Archimedes worm, as well as to test the hob teeth shape. However, there exists small teeth shape error. Fortunately, this kind of error is within the permitted range. Therefore, most of the basic worms of finish tungsten carbide hob in production are Archimedes worms instead of involute worms.
III. Straight sided normal worm
There is larger teeth shape error in tungsten carbide gear hob with straight sided normal worms instead of involute worms. Therefore, straight sided normal worms are often used in multithread hobs and roughing hobs.

Tungsten Carbide Spline Hob Spline Joint
- Category: Tungsten Information
- Published on 27 October 2014
Tungsten carbide spline hob spline joint consists of internal spline and external spline, which are both multitooth parts. The spline on the internal cylinder surface is called internal spline, while that on the external cylinder surface is called external spline.
Due to the differences in structure and manufacturing technique, tungsten carbide spline hob spline joint, compared to flat key joint, has characteristics in intensity, technique, and usage as follows:
I. Its joint force is more uniform due to its larger number of teeth and grooves produced directly and uniformly on the shaft and hub bore.
II. It has good guidance quality, which is very important to movable connection.
III. It has larger number of teeth and larger total contact area, and thus can withstand larger load.
IV. It has good coaxiality between shaft parts and the shaft, which is essential to high-speed and sophisticated machines.
V. It has shallow grooves, so the stress concentration is smaller in the teeth root and the intensity of shaft and hub is less reduced.
VI. The machining precision and joint quality can be improved through grinding.
VII. Its manufacturing technique is more complicated and sometimes special equipment will be needed, so that the cost is relatively higher.

Tungsten Carbide End Mill Vibration
- Category: Tungsten Information
- Published on 27 October 2014
Between the tungsten carbide end mill and the tool-holder, there exists small gap, which may result in vibration during machining. This phenomenon may cause uneven engagement of the circular blade of end mills, and increasing of cutting expansion to a value that is higher than the one set originally, and therefore the machining precision and service life of tungsten carbide end mills will be affected. However, when the groove width is too small, tool vibration can be achieved on purpose to increase cutting expansion, through which the groove width needed can be obtained. However, maximum amplitude should be restricted under 0.02mm, or it will not achieve stable cutting performance. Of course, during normal machining, it is better to have smaller end mill vibration.
When tungsten carbide end mill vibration occurs, operators should consider lowering the cutting speed and feeding speed. If there is still great vibration after both of them being lowered, then the reducing of cutting expansion should be considered.
If there is sympathetic vibration in machining system, it may be because that the cutting speed is too high, or the feeding speed is too low, or the cutter system lacks rigidity, or the clamping force is inefficient, etc. Therefore, when this happens, the countermeasures like cutting parameters adjustment, increasing cutter system rigidity and increasing feeding speed should be adopted.

Tungsten Carbide Gear Hob Introduction
- Category: Tungsten Information
- Published on 27 October 2014
Tungsten carbide gear hob is worm-shaped and is the equivalent of a helical gear with few teeth and large helix angle. It performs gear cutting according to the principle of spiral gear meshing through generating method. Tungsten carbide gear hob is the equivalent of a small gear, while the gear being cut is that of a big gear. Gear hob is a spiral gear with large β0 helix angle and only a few long teeth (about 1～3 teeth), making it look like a worm with very small γz lead angle. In order to form a blade, a few chip pocket are milled along the axis on the end face of worm to form the rake face and the tool orthogonal rake, and the tool orthogonal clearance and the flank surface are formed through form-relieved tooth and relief grinding.
Tungsten carbide gear hob can be classified into several types according to its working property: finish hob, rough hob, pre-shaving hob, pre-scraping cutter, pre-grinding hob, involute hob, synchronous belt wheel hob, spline hob and so on. It also can be classified into several types according to its structure: solid hob, welded hob, fabricated hob, and so on.

Tungsten Gold Plated Bar Story -- Aliens hunting for gold on Earth? 1
- Category: Tungsten Information
- Published on 27 October 2014
The Earth has become the battleground for extra-terrestrials to further their own political agenda for the future of the planet, a researcher has claimed. In South Africa’s first UFO science and consciousness conference held recently in Johannesburg, the organiser said that the royal political bloodline was a small group of families whose origins could be traced to the first of mankind and who were inevitably in contact with the aliens.
“There’s a battle for Earth by some interesting dark forces,” News24 quoted Michael Tellinger, the organiser as saying.
“All the governments in the world are puppets and instruments to implement the will of a small group of individuals. The royal political bloodline goes back thousand of years,” he said.
According to Tellinger, the South African government was one of the most important puppets of these extra-terrestrials because the country was rich in gold and diamonds.

Tungsten Carbide Brazed Cutting Tools
- Category: Tungsten Information
- Published on 24 October 2014
In the tool industry, brazing fastens hard metals -- including tungsten carbides -- to the tips of tools such as saw blades. Cutting tools are often made with tungsten carbide because of its hardness, a desirable quality for cutting tools so they don't wear out and dull too quickly. A variety of tungsten carbide cutting tools on the market are used to sculpt super-alloy components in aircraft engines, cast-iron engine blocks, steel axles, gears and bearings, as well as tungsten carbide saws and drills.
Tungsten carbide Saw Blades
Tungsten carbide saw blades can be used to cut almost all home building materials. They're used to cut stainless steel, wood, particle board, ferrous and non-ferrous metals, laminates and fiber cement board.
Oscillating Blades
Because of the repetitive nature of the oscillating motion, oscillating blades can be tungsten carbide-tipped to prevent the blade from dulling out quickly. Tungsten carbide-tipped oscillating blades are most often used to shave down grout and plaster.
Tungsten Carbide Burs
Welders use carbide burs to grind back and cut into welds. They are manufactured in almost every shank and size you can imagine, from ball-shaped to cone-shaped to the inverted cone.

How to Drill With a Tungsten Carbide Drill Bit
- Category: Tungsten Information
- Published on 24 October 2014
Tungsten carbide drill bits are used for drilling into surfaces that can rapidly blunt steel drill bits, like drilling into masonry with hammer-action drills. The tungsten carbide adds to the performance of the drill. The hammer action blows, or heat generated from tough materials like steel, can create strain on drill bits. The tungsten carbide, although brittle, is exceptionally strong.
Instructions to drill with a tungsten carbide drill bit:
1. Install the extra handle onto the side of the drill if your drill has one. If you're using the hammer function, or drilling into tough materials, the extra handle can provide extra control and reduce tiredness. You may find the extra handle in the box that the drill itself was shipped in. It usually screws on.
2. Place the tungsten carbide drill bit into the drill's chuck and select the rotation direction with the switch. Install the battery pack, or plug the drill in, and set the mode setting. For masonry, choose the hammer setting and for hard surfaces like steel, use the non-hammer setting.
3. Set the speed switch to "Medium" for masonry or to "High" for hard surfaces. Hold the drill tightly and place the carbide bit at the point that you want to penetrate the wall or other material.
4. Pull the trigger switch and allow the tungsten carbide drill bit to start boring. Increase pressure by pressing harder on the drill, but don't push so hard that you would lose your balance if the tungsten drill bit snapped. Drill to the depth you need, and, while keeping the drill turning, pull the bit out of the hole. Then release the trigger.

Tungsten Carbide Bits Vs. High Speed Steel Bits
- Category: Tungsten Information
- Published on 24 October 2014
Numerous types of drill bits exist, including tungsten carbide and high speed steel. The differences between tungsten carbide bits and high-speed steel bits lie in the qualities of their materials.
Tungsten Carbide Bits
Various types of tungsten carbide bits exist, including those comprised completely of tungsten carbide and those with tungsten carbide tips.
High Speed Steel Bits
High Speed Steel drill bits contain an especially hard and durable type of steel. Thus, HSS bits last for longer than those made from materials such as carbon steel and stainless steel.
Qualities
Tungsten carbide bits exhibit resistance to high temperatures than HSS bits, especially important in drills that rotate at extremely high speeds and generate great heat. Tungsten carbide bits can safely run two to three times faster than HSS bits. However, tungsten carbide bits are more brittle than HSS bits.
Applications
The qualities of drill bits help determine their application. The high-speed ability of tungsten carbide bits makes them suited to time-sensitive operations such as industrial drilling. The relatively high cost of these bits may put them out of the price range of casual tool owners. High speed steel bits work well with other metals as well as wood and plastics. Tungsten carbide bits work well with plastic, metal or wood, though manufacturers usually design the hardness of these bits for a specific application.
