Price trend chart of rare earth products from July 2025 to July 2026

On the light rare earth market, praseodymium-neodymium prices rose first and then fell, but the fluctuation range was relatively small, mainly due to limited consumption capacity of magnet material enterprises and low willingness of suppliers to reduce prices for shipments. On the medium and heavy rare earth market, under a relatively balanced supply-demand pattern and generally neutral expectations for the future market, dysprosium series products traded steadily. Terbium series products rose first and then fell, with prices at the end of the month higher than at the beginning of the month, up 3.85%. In the first ten days, tightening spot market supply and increasing downstream demand prompted a significant rise in terbium prices; in the last ten days, due to the relatively large increase in terbium prices in the first ten days, downstream inquiry and purchasing willingness decreased somewhat, coupled with weakening bullish support, leading to further price declines.
