The heating step  is the second step. The mixture should be heated up to 400-1300 ° C. The perferred temperature of the mixture is 1000-1200 ℃. The present invention also relates to the iron powder, tungsten powder and power aggregates.

The reaction temperature is about 15-50 ° C;  the reaction time is about  5-120h.The  resulting tungstic acid (WO ↓ [3] • H ↓ [2] O) nanosheet to 1-5 ° C / min. The heating rate was raised to 250-600 ° C, and then incubated for 1-5h, and finally natural cooling to room temperature and stripped of water of crystallization, and the tungsten trioxide nanosheet.


The  present invention has the simple  production process   and the scope of changes in operating parameters is changeable. This invention is also adaptable and has low equipment requirements,high repeatability, high efficiency and low cost.

We shuold place tungstic acid gel  into  a stirring drier and fry them about 1 to 4 hours in  the temperature of  100℃-500 ℃ .Finally ,we  can get calcined products nanoscale of WO3.

The advantages of the present invention are: the reaction process is simple and easy to control, low cost.And also it is available to  raw materials and suitable for industrial production. The  products during intermediate reaction  are gases. These gases are volatile or labile substances.At the same time they can be used for recycling and  can avoid  environmental pollution.
