The mechanical press produces stress by mechanical sports (crankshaft, toggle rod, eccentric etc.). A pressure that is produced by hydraulic oil acting on the

piston is called a hydraulic press. There is also a hybrid press machine both apply to mechanical and hydraulic.Generally speaking, the mechanical press is fast and efficient, and is suitable for producing ordinary products. The large tonnage of hydraulic machines starts with the manufacture of large and complex shapes.

Look from the market distribution of mechanical powder press, mainly distribute in the powder metallurgy industry (43%), alloy industry (12%), magnetic industry (33%), and ceramic industry (5%) and so on.

The structure type of mechanical powder press of recent domestic sales is mainly three categories: Crank shaft gear (Taiwan and Japan have relevant technology), toggle link transmission mechanism (Japan Tamagawa ) and exocentric construction (German DORST TPA).

(1) Crank shaft gear

The structure is provided with flywheel energy-storing device, and large instant pressing force. Powder products, such as powder metallurgy, which can be produced in large quantities.

 

 

(2) Toggle link transmission mechanism

This kind of press is mostly used for forming powder metallurgy products which are more complicated and not too large in quantity. The type which under 100T have advantages in knockout press.

 

(3) Exocentric construction

This type of press is in between the two, make the structure better-knit.
