Cs0.32WO3 nanoparticles may be used to prepare thermal insulation masterbatch. The obtained masterbatch may be used to prepare a new transparent heat insulating material, which is more and more widely used in the fields of architectural glass and the like. Among them, some experts studied the relationship between different ball milling time and the average secondary particle size of Cs0.32WO3 particles. They found that the average secondary particle size of cesium tungsten bronze particles after ball milling for 3h, 6h, and 9h was 164nm, 149.6nm, and 257.2nm.

Cs0.32WO3 nanoparticles may be used to prepare a new heat insulating masterbatch --- nano-ceramic color master, which has high thermal insulation performance, high transparency and other excellent properties. And thus such color master may be applied to the production of thermal insulation film and be used to building glass. In this process, some experts observed the effect of ball milling on the grain size and dispersion stability of cesium tungsten bronze nanoparticles.

Cs0.32WO3 nanoparticles, or cesium tungsten bronze nano-functional particles, may be used to nano-ceramic dispersion solution. The obtained dispersion solution is a functional dispersion solution with excellent optical property --- relatively high heat insulation performance and ultraviolet shielding property. Among them, some experts used laser particle size analyzer to observe the distribution of particles of various sizes in the obtained cesium tungsten bronze nano aqueous dispersion and the proportion of the total number of particles.

Some experts used transmission electron microscopy (TEM) to observe the microstructure and particle size distribution of Cs0.32WO3 nanoparticles for thermal insulation dispersion. The sample preparation method is to take a solid content of cesium tungsten bronze nano aqueous phase dispersion and mix with a certain amount of ethanol. After ultrasonic for 5 minutes, take 1-2 drops on a copper mesh covered with 300 mesh carbon film with a plastic dropper, tested after drying naturally.
