I. The blade back flate’s inward concave should be not more than 0.05mm, while the outward concave not more than 0.03mm.
II. The blade’s fundamental plane only allows inward concave with value not more than 0.05mm in unpunched tools or tools with a circular hole, while allows outward concave with a value not more than 0.03mm in tools with a counter bore.

III. Clearance angle
The reamer is a type of finish machining tool, and in order to avoid great changes in radial dimension after regrinding, an angle between 5°~10° can be adopted.
IV. Tool cutting edge inclination
The tool cutting edge inclination of reamer is normally 0°. It can contribute to a stable cutting process and improve hole quality.
